1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Citadel - Shield VPN application ("App") for personal, non-commercial purposes in strict compliance with these Terms.

This license does not permit you to:

Use the App for any commercial purpose
Modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
Exploit the App beyond its intended functionality

without our express written consent.

2. User Responsibilities

As a User of Citadel - Shield VPN, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Refrain from unauthorized activities including:

                        Copying, modifying, or distributing the App or its source code
Disrupting the App's functionality or other users' experience
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Collecting or misusing other users' personal data
Using the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms

                    

3. Intellectual Property

Citadel - Shield VPN and all related intellectual property (including trademarks, copyrights, and patents) are owned by or licensed to us.

Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the App or its content is strictly prohibited.

4. No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No advice or information provided by us shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citadel - Shield VPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

                        Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Lost profits, data loss, or privacy breaches
Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
Damages caused by hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access

                    

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be communicated via in-app notifications, email, or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Citadel - Shield VPN is made available, without regard to conflict of law principles.
